Porting my number over

Hello. I recently ordered two phones and completed the process not knowing I had already skipped the bring my number over part!! Now my phones are being shipped with new numbers? Can I still activate and port my existing number over?

Hello, @Gregoryestes,

 

Thank you for reaching out. When you activate the new phones, you should be able to port your numbers over then. It can take up to three days to complete the porting process online, while it usually only takes several hours when performed at an AT&T Store.
