Ported one line out of At&t but now i would like to bring it back
I had 3 lines with At&t. After paying a phone off i tried "saving" money by porting the line out to another provider. It was 25 days ago. I am not happy with the service and would like to bring the line back to AT&T with my others. I have chatted with customer service, who told me they could not help. I then went to a corporate store and the representative was very confused as what to do. I have the port out pin for the number. Who do i need to speak to so i can bring this line back?

I can't imagine what the trouble would be. Maybe leave out the part about the line formerly being with AT&T and just say you want to port in a phone number to add another line?
You should also be able to log into your account online and place the order yourself.

We recommend you contact the Port Activation Center (PAC) in regard to porting your number back over to AT&T. They can be reached at 888-898-7685, and their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-11:00PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00AM-6:00PM EST.
