Plenti Points Missing
I recently switched three lines from Tmobile, and added a fourth line. I also signed up for Paperless billing. My Wireless account and Plenti accounts are linked as well. I am currently showing a zero balance on my Plent points. How do I fix this?

I’m sorry to hear your Plenti points are not displaying! May I ask if these actions were completed more than 8 days ago? Plenti points are not updated in real-time when earned, and may take some time to display. If it has been over 8 days since you transferred your lines and enrolled in paperless billing, can you please send me a private message by Clicking Here and include the following information?
