Plan Change from Unlimited to Unlimited Elite

I decided to change my plan to the newer unlimited elite options via the online tool. When exploring the various plans, i saw that Unlimited Elite was a good choice as it was showing a monthly payment of $75 - a drop from the advertised $150 (which was crossed out) and showing discounts for auto payment ($10), signature program ($10), and a single phone line discount ($55). This was on the comparison page, and then the review/confirmation page and I opted to change my plan today.

While I haven't been charged yet, i noticed on my account overview page the full $150 monthly payment associated to this now changed plan. I'd like to get clarity that this should indeed by $75. Please advise

That's a great question, @GiantELPH.

We understand how confusing a plan change may appear, and why you want some clarification.

When you make changes to your account, you'll get a new Customer Service Summary (CSS), which is a  summary of your services, monthly bill estimate, pro-rated and one time charges, activation and installation dates.

Your CSS does not include AP/PB, Signature (FAN), or promotional billing discounts.

We hope this answers your question. Please let us know if we can provide additional billing support. Thank you!
