Phone Unlock
I am EXTREMELY angry with ATT. I have been attempting to unlock my phone for 12hrs!!! I went into the store and we sat on hold for an hour, I called on my daughter's phone and was on hold for 3hrs. I have been going online all day and I keep getting a message that says network difficulties. I have been without phone access for 24hrs! This is unacceptable. I am a travel nurse and I have to call off from work if this is not resolved because I can't drive back to work without phone access. NOBODY has been able to help me. I will never use this company again.

What type of phone are you trying to unlock? Are you trying to use the phone with AT&T network or with a different network? I’m sorry you’re having issues unlocking your phone, specially during this pandemic. Hopefully, the community can help you somehow. Good Luck!
