phone rebate
turned in 2 phones in august of 2020 got 2 new phones they had a 1000.00 per line rebate i still have not gotten my rebate att says they never got the phones store manager said he is working on it for almost a year how long does it take to get the mail receipts that the phones were mailed and lost in the mail just seams like store manager is giving me the run around i have been very patient but this is to much. please help

If you turn the phones in at a store, an AT&T never got them then you need to go back to the store and ask some questions.
This is something that should have been done three months after your purchase, not a year later. Who knows where the phones are now.
