Phone number port

I ordered a new phone on March 29 and requested my old number be ported to the new phone I was purchasing. It has been several business days and now my original phone bill is due. How do I cancel my online order since they have gone way past the 5 business day window to port my old number over?

In order to check the status of your porting, please reach out to our Port Activation Center; 24 hours, 7days a week on  866-895-1097.

We also recommend that you contact our e-Commerce department on 866-267-4510 for the status and any changes to your order.
