PHONE NOT CONNECTING TO CELLULAR DATA

MY PHONE KEEPS GIVING ME A PDP AUTHENTIFICATION FAILURE THAN SOS. I called to have this fixed on Friday and ITS HAPPENING AGAIN. I just switched to upgraded to a new iPhone and it’s been nothing but problems now.

Steps to try...

Turn off the phone and reboot. If you are still getting the PDP Authentication Failure Message, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset the networks setting on the iPhone or iPad.

Or.

  1. Toggle your device to Airplane Mode.
  2. Leave your iPhone or iPad on Airplane Mode for five seconds.
  3. Turn Airplane Mode off.
  4. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
  5. Once your device restarts, reset your network settings.
  6.  Once your device has reset its network settings, go back to "Settings" > "Cellular" or "Cellular Data"
  7. Make sure the APN is set to "AT&T sim"

If you're still having a problem, call or chat with AT&T. If AT&T cannot resolve it you have to consider the phone maybe defective and you should contact Apple for a warranty replacement.
