Phone not connected to a network

I have an S22 ultra under a first net account. 

Everytime I leave my house, or turn my wifi off, within ten minutes I loose  data connection, as well as network. When I go to make a call I receive a message that says, "You are not registered to a network, emergency calls only." 

I have been reaching out to At&t/first net about this issue all week and the issue is not being solved. I have received a new sim card. I am being told my phone is too old and will need to pay it off and get a new one. Even though my phone is under two years old and is only half paid off.  

My phone is perfectly fine and this is obviously a network issue the company is reluctant to help me with. I have read numerous accounts online with people having the exact same issue as me and I am wondering why at&t is ignoring the issue?

This is a Samsung problem not an AT&T problem.

Bad chip, fried antenna, don't know which one it is with your particular phone but Samsung botched the S22 ultra and two years later there are dozens of complaints.  You should start harassing Samsung about fixing the phone at no cost. There is no way this many S22 Ultras should be booted off the network when the phone is only 2 years old

By the way if you Google this particular problem you will find you are not alone there are probably thousands of similar posts for The North American version of the S22 ultra

I have suggested all of you S22 ultra folks should get together on Reddit and form a collective group to go after Samsung over the bad chip.

try going into a brick and mortar location. i had a bad sim card and an associate replaced mine and i was out the door in a matter of 15 minutes. couldn't hurt to see what they can do in person
