Phone bill

We had a new phone contract last month. This week we got the bill, it show more than we expected. We went to AT&T to ask about that. The employee told our military discount didn’t enter the system. So discount was not available. It’s so disappointing. When we first to go to store, we asked about military discount and we found the ten people to join the contract. The result is employee‘s error. Do it have a way to fix the problem?

Military discount, and even the autopay discount may not kick in on the first bill.

The auto pay and paperless billing discount via debit card or checking account will not be deducted from your total until your first bill is auto paid with paperless blah blah etc

Your military discount may take 2 months to apply, and would be retroactive from the date AT&T recognizes your application. So even though it's not on your first bill, your information and proof of military service may already be applied.

Your first bill is normally high.

Your first bill in addition to not yet including those two discounts would include a full and a partial month's service. May include activation fees on every device. Will not yet include bill credits for promotional phone deals.
