Payment Arrangements for Canceled Account

My contract was canceled when I could no longer pay my bill due to COVID destroying the company I worked for. It has been a long time but I finally have a new job and wish to make this right.

My Question: Do I have any options? My balance is $771.71 which I can’t pay in full. Is it possible to reinstate a canceled contract & pick up where I left off (with obvious fees) or divide up the bill in digestible chunks? If the above balance is paid what then? New contract? Unlocked device? Permaban from ATT wireless?

Has the account been sold to a collection agency?

You will need to start a new account once your balance has been paid if not with a collection agency already
