Payment arrangement crisis
I made a payment arrangement and then we had a family emergency (our 12 year old son passed away unexpectedly). I need to get a 4 day extension on my payment arrangement and cancel his phone service. Is there a chance AT& T will work with us.

All you can do is call Billing and ask. This is a customer-populated forum only, it is not AT&T Support so all we can really do is offer suggestions, unless ATTHelp drops by.

I'm so sorry. Can't begin to imagine your loss.
AT&T's late payment system is pretty rigidly controlled by their computer and customer support cannot override that system. So it's worth a try but I'm very pessimistic.
