Paying for unlimited and haven't been able to use watch att or hbo

I try to verify my number with watch AT&T  by texting the codes Takes forever. never works. I've done it at least 50 times. customer service has no idea what is happening. I wait.. I'm paying for a service that isn't provided and that's False advertising!  I'm about to switch carriers and tell everyone what's happening. I'll even pay out of my own pocket to tell everyone why they shouldn't choose AT&T. Honestly in any other profession if you've paid for something that's in your contract you should get it!  Can't swear on ATT forum but they can rob your money.[Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].
