Passcode needed to access account I never set up
AT&T keeps asking me for a passcode, i never set it up. HOW can i have the code then??? Everytime i use the reset function AT&T sends the wrong code that wont match so i cant get into my account. My phone doesn't work at all, i need a ESIM but i cant access my account to fix it. had this phone for 2 days now and i regret switching all my lines since i cant even use it.
