Overpayment on prepaid account
I have the 30 dollar monthly plan through At&t. However, when making my payment I accidentally paid 54 dollars and I desperately need the excess 24 dollars back refunded to me. Who do I need to speak with to resolve this issue?

The money can't be refunded, but it will sit on your account and pay for next month's service. Your auto-pay if you have it or a manual payment will only require $6
