Ordered iPhone 12 Pro, waiting on Pending Port Approval

Hello, I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro on 10/21 and it's still stuck on "Pending Port Approval" with a Delivery by date of "November 19, 2020-November 27, 2020".

Is my phone still going to ship on those dates?  Is there anything that I need to do regarding the port approval?
