Order still pending port approval?
I am experiencing some issues. I just ported my number from Xfinity Mobile (cell phone) to Att wireless. Whenever I check portal status on Att it shows “Congratulations! You’re number and phone are ready to use”. However, whenever I check status of my order it’s showing “pending waiting for port approval” I’m so confused getting two different messages like that. I don’t know which one is accurate. I know it doesn’t take long to port a number and Xfinity is quick about responding & so I don’t know what the hold up is. Please help. I’m waiting on my phone and needing it badly & I can’t get anyone who can give me accurate detailed info. Thanks.
