Order Status 'In Progress'

I placed an order earlier today and received an instant confirmation but the order is still showing as in progress many hours later. I am a new AT&T customer and i'm concerned the order will be cancelled as this happened to me before. How can I check that the order will be fulfilled?

Let us get on the right track of your online order request!


The "In Progress" usually means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system but has not yet been prepared for shipping. The order process can take 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email once your order status changes to "Shipped" or if further action is required from you.


In the meantime, you can check for updates using the Order Track Portal. If you require further assistance, you can also contact our eCom Support Team at: 866.267.4510 which are available Monday - Friday 8am to 12pm ET/ Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm ET.
