Order Cancelled

My online order to start a cell phone plan was cancelled for what appears to be no reason. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes now and have not spoken with a single person yet. This is not the experience a new customer wants to receive when starting a new cell phone plan.

How is there no one available via phone/email/chat. Having customer sit on hold for over an hour is ridiculous.

UPDATE III: Still on hold, over an hour and a half later and I have yet to speak to anyone regarding the cancellation of my order due to them being unable to verify my identity. Really beginning to rethink my transition to AT&T.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Two hours on hold and not a single answer. In 2020 how is there not a call back feature. If you are experiencing that is fine but 2 hours without a single answer is unacceptable regardless of the situation.
