Open case that won’t be resolve since May 26

I have a open case that says still processing how can I get a manager to talk to me and get this problem sorted out

  • Are you referring to a case that was opened on your wireless account by one of our customer service representatives?
  • If so, what issue are you currently experiencing that required this case be opened?
  • Are you stating that the case was opened on May 26th?
  • Were you given an expected resolution date for this case when it was opened?
  • If so, what is the expected resolution date for the case?
  • Also, did you reach out to one of our customer service representatives, to request the status of the case, and found out that it's still processing that way?
  • If not, how exactly did you learn that it was still processing?

• yes a case that was open on my wireless account

• I had done an upgrate on my phone over the phone but I decided I wanted to return it and get another one I send this phone back in April

• yes case was open on the 26th and they had told me that the case should be resolve in about 4 days

• I have to reach out to a representative every week because the case shows still processing and on my bill is showing I have to pay for the installment but they delay the payment for the fact that I told them I’m not going to pay for something I don’t have
