Online reorder support

I’m trying to order iPhone 12’s for each of the 6 lines on my account. I’ve spent over 2 hours online, on the phone, and on chat trying to get them ordered without luck. Your online ordering system isn’t working. It lets me get as far as accepting terms, but then just stops. No button to actually place the order. This is extremely frustrating. I’ve tried 3 different times from different devices and different times and it still won’t work. I’m beginning to wonder if AT&T wants my business or not?

We understand how frustrating this can be for you. A solution that has worked for some people is trying to complete these orders later at night, when congestion on the site and systems is extremely low. If this doesn't work, we'll have to take a closer look into what's going on, resulting in us asking for additional information.

If this is a matter of the AT&T system being overloaded due to the current iPhone promotion, I would think that a company this size would have been better prepared for the onslaught of orders, and beefed up their system to handle it. I was eventually able to get the phones ordered, but I wasted a lot of time and suffered a lot of undue frustration trying to get them ordered.
