Online order stuck "in progress".

Have gotten conflicted answers to the status of my order. The delivery date was between yesterday and today and the order status hasn't changed. Went into my local store to see if they had any answers and was told it should arrive in those dates regardless. Did't want to sit and argue with him although i seriously doubted that to be the truth considering there is no confirmation it had shipped. Called the 800 number to find the status of my order and the audio recording says it's being processed, and then the text alerts on the order and it says it's currently on back order. If the later of the two is true why is there delivery date on the website and nowhere does it say it's currently on back order? Feels like I'm getting the runaround.

I have been waiting a month for my phone and have talked to this poor excuse for "customer service" for 3 hours two separate times with no resolution.

I made my order online 2/8 and my order is still in progress. Every time I call there is a new excuse as to why my phone hasn't shipped. One excuse was that they did not have my payment information even after I have given it to them on 4 separate occasions. Another excuse was that there were issues with the porting. Every time I get sent from department to department and I have to state my case over and over again. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I even had to hang up on my wait to cancel my service. Might as well use a string can, you'll have better luck.
