Not receiving OTP codes
Suddenly my accounts (bank, Amazon) send the OTP for two step verification but my cell phone isn’t getting them. Any ideas??

Suddenly my accounts (bank, Amazon) send the OTP for two step verification but my cell phone isn’t getting them. Any ideas??

Hello @dwesner, we do understand the importance of having a two-step verification code and be and the security that it provides.
What you can do to resolve this is to simply send the word "Help" to the code you are wanting to receive from. Once done, you will receive a message back advising how to opt back in.
If you happen to not receive a response back, there is a good chance that number may have been blocked and would have to unblock it within your device.
What you will want to do is go to your block number list and remove it (on iPhone go to Settings > Message > Blocked.
Also, the company that sends the short codes could be experiencing some delays/outages when sending the codes to customers. If you have performed the first step and not receiving the code, we would recommend contacting the company that sends the code to make sure there are no issues on their end.
