not getting my trade in credit
12/31/2019 A ATT home sales rep came to my house and offer me a new plan, he said that I could get a new free phone with a trade-in and plus 250.00 visa card, I did trade in 4 phones and he said that could take up to 3 bills cycles to see the credit on my account, and the visa cards would come by mail. 5 cycles later I still not get one of the visa cards and they told me that because has been more than 120 days I would not get the visa card because of the sales rep. never file for that with the reward center. about the free phones 5 cycles later I have not gotten the free phone credit to my account and they still charging me every month. I probably spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get the customer service to fix the problem they transfer me from one person to another and every time they open a case number and tell me that the problem will be solved on my next bill cycle, but every month I see the charges over and over again, I moved from Tmobile which I never have any problems before and the only reason was that I was getting a new phone. BIG mistake I'm very disappointed with ATT and I wish I have never left Tmobile.

I have been fighting this same battle since November 23. I have not received the credits for my phones, and I spend hours on the phone every couple days trying to get resolution. Still hasn't been resolved, so I am refusing to pay my bill this month until it is resolved. They currently owe me $370. I guess we will see if this works. I am going to file on AT&T in small claims court if this is not fixed soon.
