Not Able to add plan in Cart

Hi,

I have reached out to many AT&T customer service representatives.

Since morning I am facing an issue while adding $300 for 12-month plan in my cart, It is giving me an error 'Uh-oh! Something went wrong.

We’re having trouble updating your cart. Try again in a bit, or call us at 800.331.0500.'

Is there someone who can help me with this issue.

This is a customer populated forum, you must call AT&T.

This thread may help after you purchase the plan, (which you must do as a new customer to AT&T.)

In my case, I am not able to add a plan in the cart so that I can order.

I reach out to customer care but still no proper response for resolution.

clear cache and cookies from your device and try again. I just tried as a BYOD and had no problem adding to cart.

Thanks, They fixed the issue overnight!

Now I am also able to place an order.
