No way to report a store manager for lying
I had an absolutely horrible experience with an assistant store manager who needs to be fired, but AT&T has no path for reporting anyone. It's unbelievable that they can lie to you, waste your time and money, and get away with it. I watched several people storm out of the store because of how bad their customer service was, but there is nothing you can do. AT&T doesn't care.
I received the same treatment online: nasty attitudes, meanness, rudeness, and outright lies. Its systemic with AT&T and they don't care.

You can file an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. If this was an authorized retailer, those are not ATT employees. A BBB complaint would be more appropriate in that case.
