No Trade in Credit or Help

I was doing a promotion thru AT&T at Target with an AT&T salesman. The promotion was switch to AT&T and trade in your old phone to get a iPhone 13pro for free it was also a cheaper monthly so I went thru everything got signed up. Got my phone in the mail and the box said no reshipping label needed so I put my iPhone 11 Pro in the box taped it up and put it in the mail for it to be shipped back! I seen that a few months later I was being charged for the phone and I call AT&T. They said it will take a few months but I will be credited for everything I pay. It’s been 8 months and I called yesterday they gave me the run around and I asked for a manager but they never called. I just want to be credited or have my old phone back because I paid over $1000 for the iPhone 11 Pro. I’m very disappointed in the help I received I hope that y’all can escalate my situation!

In the meantime, the AT&T store in Target is an Authorized AT&T Reseller that can sell AT&T services but actually are not AT&T employees. Check the information below to learn more about the trade-in kit, the steps to trade in, and some tips to ensure a seamless trade process.

  • All trades are final. Don't return a phone after it's traded in.
  • DO NOT send your trade-in with the new phone packaging. It goes to the wrong place. 
  • It can take 3 billing cycles before credit is applied to your bill.

You've posted so many times on the same issue you may be looking at the wrong post.  Plus you've hijacked this topic and the OP hasn't gotten any answer.

@BenRiddixk1 Suggest you escalate your issue since the topic was hijacked and you seem to be ignored. Escalate to a customer care executive by filling out the form, ignore the header.
