No order confirmation email and nothing showing under orders In may account?

I placed an order online for an Apple iWatch. I filled in all the required fields my name address, credit information, payment information and then hit complete order. Instantly my bank notified me that the charge went through, however the next screen att showed me was that there was a problem with my order and to call to complete it. Which I did, I was passed to 3 different CS reps, non of which knew what they were doing, they first couldn’t find my account, told me to order again because it didn’t go through, as I try to explain to them I would not submit order again until they explained why my card was Instantly charged if the order didn’t complete? I ended up hanging up with no answers. Now when I go to my account under orders I am showed this message 

(OM129: Looks like you placed your order in another channel. Check Your confirmation email to find your order details.) I do not have a confirmation email not in my inbox not in my spam. My question is did my order actually go through? I just want my watch lol?

I’m having the same issue but my card was never charged. What ended up happening on your end?
