No Option for Shared Upgrade
I have 3 lines on my wireless account, and one of them currently has an eligible upgrade. I would like to transfer the upgrade to another one of the lines, and while one of the 2 lines that doesn't have an upgrade gives the option to use a transferred upgrade, the line of interest does not give this option. When I check upgrade eligibility, the only option this line shows is using its own eligibility which doesn't come up for another 9 months. Does anyone know why 1 line would be able to use a shared upgrade, while the other would not be able to?
