NO ONE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THEIR CONCERNS, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I added a line to my account on October 09th through a retail store in Texas and I never received the phone, from that time till now I talked to more than 50 people from different departments from customer service like Loyalty, Billing, Retail support, Stolen device etc.. and went to 10 different Retails stores talked to different employees and managers none of them resolved my issue. From October 2019 I was charged and I paid every month for that device and line which I never used and I never got. No response from Customer service, No Response from Retail stores, threaten and accusing by AT&T social media team and spent HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS on phone just on hold, what is this I mean what kind of service is this ?? 4 months still no response and every time getting false information from customer service people, I cannot imagine how stupid you guys are treating loyal customers.
I'm with AT&T from last six years, paying thousands of dollars every year and I'm a gold member and this is how we're treated ??
To whom I need to talk about this, whom will answer my question, who'll take the responsibility for all these ???
