No accountability within ATT
Received quote for cost reduction to all of our services during chat request to upgrade all of the services. Cost savings never materialized on bill and services were not provided. Unable to contact same chat person. Told that I couldn't email chat log and to take it to local ATT store. Roanoke ATT told me to take it to a corporate store. Southlake corporate store told us they couldn't honor the chat. They told us the best recourse was to post on this forum since others see this and will know there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY at ATT !! It's not all that surprising since we see the same level of inattention, price manipulation and poor, poor service at our corporate account. ATT too big ??
