Next step, Better Business Bureau

So, I was a Verizon customer, never had a problem. Had an in-home representative come in from AT&T and promise me the moon and stars, so to speak. We traded in two phones. We were suposed to get

One phone free

One phone 50% off

And the remaining balance of a Verizon phone paid off.

We received 

50% off a phone

Nothing else. I have called...repeatedly. And get the run around every time. They are going to fix it and never do.

I would never reccomend AT&T to anyone. How sad that they feel the need to RIP people off.

promising the moon and stars raise red flags? 

 

The BBB is probably your best option at this point. Good luck.

Why didn't you read all the other complaints here BEFORE making the switch?

 

The BBB has no power to do anything. They just forward your message to AT&T and that's about it.
