Newgistics "Lost" my return!!!
AT&T Premier Customer / RMA # ************
I dropped the phone off at my local USPS Post Office with the Parcel Select Return Service label provided to me by AT&T on 9/25. Today is 10/1 and Newgistics has no additional tracking information regarding this return.
I live in Austin and the phone turns out is going to Ft Worth-- not sure why it's been nearly a week and I've not received any type of update or confirmation. I contacted the Post Office per AT&T and they tell me that these Smartlabel Returns go through another carrier (Newgistics) and we'd need to contact them.
This is worrying because of the "horror" stories I've been reading about other customer's similar return issues with Newgistics. I'm shocked that AT&T continues to partner with them given the number of customer complaints out there.
I need to get more information from AT&T on the status of this return.
Have others here dealt with this?

I have the same problem I send my old phone back and Newgistics lost it, on USPS site it say "Delivered to Agent" and on Newgistics website it say " Not Received" and At&t charged me for the phone price. and the guy on the phone form At&t said to me "this not our problem!!!!".
Any advise?

and I’ve talked to 15 agents!!! Don’t let anyone on this thread tell you
that you made a mistake— you did everything right; just like I did. ATY
sent you a return kit right? They did me. So I sent my SPRINT phone in
the return kit to ATT and they claim they have no knowledge of it at all?
Really???? Then why did they send me a return kit and why do I have a
tracking number and receipt for the transaction. I think it’s an ATT
scam, there are too many of us this has happened to for it to be a
coincidence.
As soon as I get through a few months with ATT I’m moving back to sprint.
That is after I pay off the 781
They say I owe them for the phone att has but claim they have no knowledge
of.
Also I will post on my Instagram (47,000 plus followers and my maxed out
Facebook page (5,000) followers exactly what they did to me along with a
pic of the receipt from the return kit ATT sent me.
This is unreal and a very shady business practice. There will h a class
action lawsuit someday. Watch and see. Don’t believe anything negative
anyone posts on here about your experience. They work for att — if they
don’t, why would they defend them like they have.
I’m really sorry they messed with you too.

Well that’s bizzare. I am suspicious of the USPS.... if you have the IMEI, find out if the phone is in use.

You said you have the tracking reciept.
You were provided with links to track the missing phone with USPS and Newgistics. When asked if you did so, you did NOT respond.
Are you actually wanting to get help, or just get screwed out of $700?

I don't have it, I send the phone with the original box I did't take any note of the IMEI. and I called newgistics like 15 times and now way you can get someone on the phone.
