New to IMO discount

I have sent a request to have access to the IMO discount. The manager still has not approved it. However when it says to check on the status it takes me to an ATT global login which requires a username and password. I was wondering when do I get that username and password. Do I have to wait until the manager approves the access request ?

The IMO discount is good to have! And we're more than happy to help!

 

When you have submitted the Access Request in the IMO Portal for open enrollment, at ticket number will be provided. You will then receive an notification with the email address provided on the Access Request form that will require approval before the ticket will be forwarded to be processed.

 

After the process has been completed, your manager/supervisor would be the best resource for further information.
