new service mobile hotspot port 22
Seems like my new mobile service has hotspot issues. I cannot reach port 22 (and others) on my amazon aws instances as I was doing from Verizon before switching to Att. I have an (open?) case id with backoffice support, but its been a few days and I have no idea how to check status or otherwise gauge likelihood of ever having this work. I have Uverse and home internet as well, and am beginning to regret this experience.
Any suggestions on how to get someone to look at the proper log file, verify issue and fix it for me?
