New customer

My husband  simply addme and our3 kids to his  plan and was put on a fraudulent alert we can't get any answers wehave been lied to hung up on and treated like a criminal and we want to cancel the service and would like answers

File a BBB complaint. That will be forwarded directly to AT&T Corporate and someone from the Office of the President will contact you. You can discuss the issue directly with a Senior Manager from AT&T and they should be able to explain to you why and what can be done.

It's also possible that you are the victim of identity theft, hence the fraud alert, so it would be a good idea to start monitoring your credit and banking accounts on a daily basis to make sure that there aren't any suspicious charges of any amount. It's very common for fraudsters to open cellular accounts or purchase phones to see what they can get away with before going on to bigger things. If you are a victim of identity theft then it will be up to you to start taking the necessary steps to protect yourself and your credit.
