New Customer... Ordered New Phone and New Line For In Store Pick-Up.. 3 Hours Later They Do Not Have The Order In Their System

I ordered a new iPhone 15 Pro Max this morning with in store pick up. I never received a conformation email or anything after they deducted the money from my account. After saying everything is "24 hours" with chat and phone calls with ATT, the store saying they have no order for it, me having no account number, phone number or order number, what do I do from here? How can I even cancel the order when no one has a clue what's going on if I wanted to?

What do you mean everything was 24 hours? 

Do you mean they said that your order would be processed in 24 hours? That means if you ordered this morning you have to wait till tomorrow morning?
