Need old detailed bills (call history)
I've contacted AT&T numerous times to request copies of old billing statements (with call history) from 2016-2018. These are needed for a legal reason (court). On one occasion I was told I would get an email with the statements, password protected.... but never got it.
Another time I was told they would be mailed, but never were.
Then two weeks ago, I again requested they be mailed to me, was told it would take 7-10 business days, but still nothing.
These requests were made either over the phone or through chat.
The local AT&T store is no help as they can only print a few months back.
I need these ASAP. Please help me AT&T!!!
