Need new wireless phone delivered

I just ordered and paid for my new phone with a new account online thinking it would be delivered but the email says to pick it up in Texas but I live in Tennessee

Hello @Pinkcricket72 we're happy to point you in the right direction to resolve your order concerns. 

 

It’s easy to change a wireless order that hasn’t been shipped, delivered, or picked up yet. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Check order status 
  2. Enter the requested info.
  3. Select the order you want to cancel.
  4. Choose Cancel order or Cancel item. Don’t see a cancel option? That means your order probably shipped already. You can still return or exchange it after it's delivered.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Heads up: Want something other than what you ordered? Cancel your entire order and start over
 
Once you have changed or cancelled your order to fit your preference. The “In progress” order status usually means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system, but has not yet been prepared for shipping. The order process typically takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email once your order status changes to “Shipped” or if further action is required from you. In the meantime, you can Check your order status at the link provided.
