myATT app and family account
I'm on a family plan and I am NOT the primary user/person the bill goes to. Can I use the myATT app, or is it limited to the primary user who gets the bill?

Greetings @Ambam00!
We can help you with that. It's possible to access an account only if the Primary Account Holder designates a secondary user who can manage an account online. The secondary online access can belong to multiple users with their own IDs and must be at least 18 years old.
