My phone service is wrong

We switched over from t-mobile in December the deal was trade in my 5 phones for 3 iPhone 11 and 2 Samsung note 10 plus and we would receive 700 on the 11s and 950 on the notes i sent in my 5 phones and AT&T say they can't find them I've been try from December to get this fixed no help at all there's a picture of the phones I sent in have all the ime  numbers

This forum is not customer support. You either need to call or chat. Hopefully you saved tracking information. Missing phones seem to be a common problem reported.
