My order on a new line has been canceled TWICE!
I'm a new customer to the AT&T company and I'm already disappointed in the service being provided. I live on an island in Alaska and the nearest AT&T store is a 20min flight away; I have no way to make it in person to the store and sort this out. I've had my first order canceled without explanation and now this is my second order which has given me the same message. I haven't canceled either. The cancellation message states that I'm the one who issued the action, but that's impossible.
My question is more of a complaint than an inquiry at this point. What can I do on my end to stop my phone shipment from being canceled again? >:/
