There's a manhole cover missing on Huger @ Lady, in Columbia, SC. It needs immediate attention. There was an option for what I needed; therefore, I simply chose what's listed.

This is a forum for AT&T customers. It's not AT&T Support. You have not contacted AT&T by posting here. This is a public safety issue that should be reported to the City of Columbia and let them deal with the utility (which, as pointed about before, may not be AT&T).
Click https://mygovhelp.org/columbiasc/_rs/click on Report a Problem and then select COMMUNICATIONS, 911 if you are really concerned.

This is a customer forum not At&t nothing will happen based on your post. Contact your city and tell them and they will get in contact with the correct person. Are you sure it’s an at&t manhole?
