Loyalty Department not honoring promotion they gave

I ordered iPhone 12 pro 256gb with Loyalty department who gave me an offer of $300 off in monthly bill credit on top of ongoing promotion of the same phone which was $20 per month. It’s updated in notes as well. Now they are saying agent gave wrong info as they can’t stack 2 offers and they will coach their agent. Then why did u gave it in 1st place and I waited for a month for the phone to arrive. And now I get the hassle to return it. Pathetic customer service.

People make mistakes. It stinks you don't get the additional promotion, but all things considered, that's hardly the worst customer service error.

Returning the phone (assuming it's within the return period) is as simple as putting it back in the box, affixing the label, noting the tracking number, and handing to the person at the Post Office. Again, it stinks, but hardly the worst "hassle" in the world.

We definitely understand your concerns @ranjan123singh, with not being able to receive your desired promotions.

Though, as the second agent was indeed correct, we don't stack promotions together for one device. We do apologize for the inconvenience of you being miseducated about our offers and promotions.

If you're looking to return your device within the 12-day BRE period, feel free to review more information and helpful tips about our Wireless Return Policy.

We hope this information helps and thanks for reaching out!
