Love ATT but this man has to go

There is something about waiting at an ATT store with your toddler because your husband works on nights. I was directed to go to this store from someone on the phone to basically get my problem solved. A problem mind you that after a hour the store couldn't do. There is ONE MAN in particular that shouldn't work in customer service. He was I guess the district manager, you know, the one in the nicest shirt walking around like he owns the place. First off, he wouldn't even look at me, and made me feel like the dumbest person on earth. I've worked at TWC and dealt with customers who were irate but I wasn't even getting mad. Until the fact that he was the biggest you know what I've ever met. Basically walked away from me and had this other guy help me who was SUPER NICE! This manager was claiming he had "hook ups" to help me with my problem, but never once used them. He was getting frustrated when I was trying to explain my situation. I'm a new customer, so good lord don't you want to treat me with respect! I hope someone at ATT reads this, and talks to him. Because next time, I'm going in without my kid, and I won't be so nice. 🙂

Even if someone from ATT sees this, how would they know who you are talking about or even what store?
