Lost, Stolen reporting

Is it possible to report a lost stolen phone not lost stolen online anywhere or do I have to call in to the service number.

Hey!

If you have MyATT account you can go and suspend the line and report it from there, you can also find the options to get a new device if it wasnt in insurance plan.

 

If you did have insurance protection plan for the device you can go to:

www.phoneclaim.com/att.

Can it be take off the lost or stolen list if it’s already been reported and all that, through the myatt site as well?

Hey!

 

For you to remove a device from the Blacklist, you wont be able to do it from MYATT online account.

 

If you have insurance and you made a claim to get a replacement for that lost/stolen device you need to call Asurion (828-258-0922), they will help you.

 

If you didnt have insurance plan and you just reported as lost/stolen you need to call ATT care.
