Lose service

My phone lost service because my credit card that was used in autopay didn't have enough money. I already paid the bill two days ago, but my phone hasn't service until now. I don't access to internet now, also can't receive messages or calls.

did you turn the phone off then back on to refresh it on the network?

did you pay the balance in full not just the past due amount? onceservice is interupted they wont turn on the phone until the balance is paid to zero, also if this is a reoccuring thing, late payents, partial payments then they may require a deposit as well

Thank you for replying. Yes. I tried to restart my phone, and I also paid the balance to zero. But it still doesn't work now. I was wondering whether it would need two days to turn on the phone since I paid or they will turn on my phone as soon as I paid?

Many thanks again.

no it’s usually turned back on within hours since your phone is off still use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and chat with an agent

Hello,

Try and power cycle your phone to check. If bill was paid and service was only on hold because of that bill being past due, then it should have come on within an hour of payment. You might have not had payment clear with the method you used or the service was cancelled. Sometimes the system might have failed to kick servcie back on, try calling 800. 331. 0500 customer care from another phone (or visit a local store) to get service resolved.
