Liberty Mobile in the U.S. Virgin Islands

My family's account was closed by ATT on November 8, 2023, due to a conversion to Liberty Mobile.  We have been ATT customers for 20 years.  We have daughters on our plan who reside in the United States.  Our account was established and maintained in the U.S. Virgin Islands.  We have spent over $3,000 on new phones in the US.  I call Liberty and it's no help.  The agents don't speak clear English, we call it Splan-ish in the Caribbean and it is a pure CYA MO.  I think I need to go to the Federal Communcations Commission.  What other customers have experienced this poor service from ATT and Liberty Mobile?  Maybe we can file a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines)!

Nothing AT&T can do for you. You need to deal with Liberty.

AT&T has severed ties once they closed your account and moved it to Liberty.  The fact that the Liberty CS reps don’t speak good enough English or aren’t helpful isn’t AT&T’s problem. FCC likely isn’t going to do anything either.
