LG G5 GIFT CARD PROMO

I ORDERED MY LG G5 PHONE IN DECEMBER. I'VE CALLED SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS WAS A REAL PROMO AND I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE MY $300 GIFT CARD. WHEN I CALL ATT NOW NO ONE HAS HEARD OF THE PROMOTION?!?!

 

I CALLED BACK IN THE BEGINNING OF FEB. AND THE PERSON I TALKED TOO STATED THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING MY CARD AT THE ENDING OF FEB., BUT NOTHING. SO, I CALLED TODAY AND WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ATT FOR OVER A HOUR AND WAS TRANSFERRED 6 TIMES TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING!!!

 

I DID THE ATT REWARDS TRACKER AND THERE'S NO INFORMATION ON IT. IM OBVIOUSLY NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS HAVING THIS ISSUE...HELP!!!

I'm with you! AT&T Customer Service is terrible. they promise to give me a $200 gift card two weeks ago, and when I called back nobody knew what I was talking about and I was transfered multiple times for 3 hours because nobody knew what to do about it. Not even the Supervisor.. he transfered me to a different department.

Had same problem Was on phone getting switched from department to dept with everyone not knowing product knowledge base answers. Got no where and waisted over 4 hrs on the phone. I'm calling LG directly to see what they can tell me and to let them know what AT&T is doing in not paying out on promos for their products
