LG G5 $300 Gift Card Promotion
On the 25th of November in 2016 I got a promotional email from ATT where you get a $300 VISA Giftcard after buying a LG G5 on ATTNext.
I read in the fine print of the email that it said the account most be in good standing after two billing periods to be eligible and that a gift card would be sent out within 8 weeks.
I signed up for the phone on November 29th which is a little over 11weeks ago.
I spoke with an ATT representative on February 11th via the chat feature on the ATT mobile app. This representative told me the Giftcard "should" be available before my bill is due, which is the 22nd.
I have since called customer service again regarding the Giftcard promotion and was transferred back and forth, from the att billing department to the uverse rewards department to the att switcher offer rebate department to the wireless rebate team and then back again to billing, and finally got disconnected while being transferred. After being on the phone for a total of 2 hours I ended up getting no solution to my current dilemma of not knowing the status of the Giftcard.
If anyone can please help me find out the status of my Giftcard that would be greatly appreciated.

With a rebate from AT&T, you can check on the status of this offer by visiting this website. You can also reach the rebate processing center by contacting 1.866.852.8617, and they can be reached from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET Monday – Friday. The mobile number and zip code listed on the rebate form are required to find the status.

Hi Jordan! I have had the same issue. I have spoken/chatted with 25 people over the last 5 days. I have spent HOURS on the phone. Customer service is a joke. You'd think they'd take care of their loyal and longterm customers- NOPE.

Did you ever get this resolved. I just keep getting spun by customer service, they keep telling me that I have to meet certain eligibility requirements. such bull crap from ATT.

Does anyone still have the flyer or email that went with this deal? AT&T is claiming they never had this deal? I found it on the AT&T website as a black Friday deal on Nov 25th, 2016. There was also a $200 Visa offer for the purchase of a Samsung phone and I bought that one as well and have not received either.
